Stephanie Davis has been getting over her heartbreak by focusing on getting fit.
The mum-of-one recently split from her Hollyoaks co-star Owen Warner after a nine-month romance and has been working hard on herself as she takes a brief break from the soap.
Steph, 26, showed off ‘major’ weight loss on her Instagram Stories, posting a brief snippet of her pulling at the waistband of her trousers.
Pointing out how baggy her camouflage trousers were, she wrote: “Baggy trousers! Seeing major results, lost a lot of weight, I need me a new wardrobe.”
She then added: “Looking forward to relaxing this weekend before Monday.”
Steph shared her fitness regime previously telling her followers that she had been “running again”.
In another post from September Steph was seen practising a steamy dance routine sharing how keen she was to get back to dancing.
The actress, who is also known for her singing voice, appeared to tease something musical was on its way after she shared an old clip of her dancing to Chris Brown’s Back To Sleep.
“Can’t wait for next week. #music #dance #finally #holdtight #determined #countingdown,” she wrote.
Steph’s new fitness drive comes after she split from her Hollyoaks co-star, which left her “devastated”.
Owen had moved into Stephanie’s house just months after they struck up their off-screen romance and was quickly becoming a large part of her young son Caben-Albi’s life.
But pals told how he was finding the relationship “suffocating” and wanted to get out – even though they will continue to cross paths on set.
The exes became an item shortly after Steph made a comeback to Hollyoaks as Sinead O’Connor, starring alongside Owen who plays Romeo.
